Terms & conditions — Trip Shave Club

1. Definitions & applicability

In these terms and conditions, “seller” means [seller legal name], trading under the name Trip Shave Club (hereinafter “we”, “us”). “Consumer” means the natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business. “Agreement” means the distance contract concluded through our website.

These terms apply to every offer and to every agreement concluded between us and the consumer. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms is made available electronically so that it can easily be stored. The agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law.

2. The offer

Every offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us. An offer is valid while it appears on the website and while stock lasts. Product images are a truthful representation; minor differences in colour or shape are possible.

3. The agreement

The agreement is concluded the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set (places the order and initiates payment). We confirm receipt of the order without delay by electronic means. As long as receipt has not been confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed. Prices may change, but for orders already placed the price at the time of ordering applies. As long as no consumer prices have been set, the shop shows “price on request” and a quote can be requested.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (including iDEAL). Payment is processed securely by a certified payment service provider; we do not store full payment details. The consumer must report any inaccuracies in payment details provided to us without delay. More details are set out in "Shipping & payment".

6. Delivery & performance

We take the greatest possible care when receiving and processing orders. The place of delivery is the address the consumer has notified to us. We carry out accepted orders with due speed, no later than within 30 days, unless another period has been agreed. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The full arrangement, including the model form and the exceptions for products sealed for reasons of hygiene, is set out in Returns & right of withdrawal.

8. Conformity & warranty

We guarantee that the products comply with the agreement, with the specifications stated in the offer and with the statutory requirements (legal conformity). The products are manufactured under the quality assurance stated on the site. This provision does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

9. Complaints & disputes

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to us fully and clearly described within a reasonable time via our contact form. We respond within 14 days. The consumer may also submit disputes via the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to what is regulated in these terms and by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, nor does it limit the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights. Always follow the instructions on the packaging when using the product.
