Returns & right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The cooling-off period starts on the day after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the product. For an order of several products delivered separately, the day you receive the last product applies.

2. Cooling-off period & exceptions

During the cooling-off period you handle the product and packaging with care. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. The right of withdrawal is excluded by law for products that are sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Razors and personal-care products may fall under this; an opened, unsealed product can then not be returned.

3. How to withdraw

To withdraw, notify us unambiguously within the 14-day cooling-off period by email to our contact form. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.

4. Returning the goods

After notifying us, return the product as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days, as far as possible in its original condition and packaging. The direct cost of returning is at your expense, unless we indicate otherwise. The return address is: [return address].

5. Refund

We refund the full purchase amount, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days after you notify us of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you agree to another method. In the case of diminished value due to unnecessary use, we may offset this.
